Dayle and Brendan Van Egmond’s wedding was an intimate and emotional celebration filled with personal moments and heartfelt memories. Surrounded by their closest family and friends at Wyndham & Botanica in Ballarat, the couple enjoyed a day that felt perfectly tailored to them. Dayle looked stunning in Kiss Me by Corston Couture, a gown that made her feel elegant, timeless, and completely herself.
FINDING THE GOWN
Ivory Bride was the first bridal store Dayle visited, and she brought along her mum and nan for the occasion. “Despite picturing myself in a completely different style dress, there was one that stood out on the Ivory Bride Instagram page that I wanted to try,” she recalls. “It was the third dress I tried on that day, and the second I put it on I was in awe. My nan’s comments about how elegant and timeless it was definitely helped me make my choice. I’m so glad I tried on a dress I would normally not see myself wearing, because it was THE dress, and I was beyond happy with it on the day.”
Kayla made the consultation experience seamless. “She was so helpful in every aspect. From her genuine words of advice, I knew she wasn’t just telling me what I wanted to hear, she genuinely wanted me to find the right gown. Having the store to myself and being able to take my time made all the difference in helping me choose my dream dress.”
Dayle’s advice for future brides:
“Try on as many gowns as you need. Don’t feel pressured to settle. The first dress can be the one, don’t doubt yourself.”
