  • WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?
    You can schedule your private appointment for during the days/hours listed below. After hours appointments available upon request (additional fees may apply) Wednesday - Friday 11:00am - 5:00pm Saturday 9:30am - 2:00pm Sunday CLOSED (one Sunday per month) 9:00am - 12:00pm Monday & Tuesday CLOSED
  • BOOKING POLICY
    We charge a small non-refundable booking fee for your private 90-minute appointment. This fee is redeemable against your gown purchase on the day of the appointment. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your preferred appointment date and time. Please note refunds of the booking fee are not provided under any circumstances, including cancelling your appointment, finding your gown elsewhere, or not utilising the appointment provided. You may reschedule your appointment and transfer the booking fee to the new appointment (once) without incurring an additional booking fee, providing you give us a minimum 72 business hours notice so that we can offer your original appointment to another. Please call 0458 255 374 to reschedule.
  • PRICE RANGE?
    Our bridal gowns range from $2,000 - $5,000 + alterations. We also have our Debutante range which can be purchased off the rack. This collection is all under $1,000 and is perfect for brides on a budget or with a short timeframe.
  • FAKE TAN / MAKEUP
    Please be respectful of our small business and our beautiful gowns, by not wearing any fake tan or makeup to your appointment, these things ruin our samples. We now reserve the right to charge a $200 fee (per gown) to anyone who chooses to fake tan for their appointment, to help cover the costs of cleaning, repairing and replacing our gowns.
  • ARE APPOINTMENTS REQUIRED?
    Yes, we are by appointment only. For us to best assist our Brides & Debs in finding their perfect gown, we offer private 90-minute appointments with a personal stylist and exclusive use of the whole boutique. Operating by appointment ensures we can provide an unforgettable and tailored experience with personalised service. We have made it super easy to schedule an appointment via our website. Our online booking system (below) will help you choose a day and time that best suits you. If you have any troubles, please don't hesitate to call the boutique and we can make you an appointment over the phone.
  • SIZE RANGE?
    We wish we could stock every sample in every size, unfortunately this is not viable for a small business. We pride ourselves on being super inclusive with our sample sizing. Majority of our bridal samples are between size 12 - 20. Majority of our bridal gowns are orderable in up to a size 26. Our debutante collection sizing is available off the rack in sizes 6 - 14 With years of experience that comes from dressing Brides on the daily, we have special techniques to assist with fitting and styling that allow our Brides and Debs to visualise what the gown will look like in the correct size.
  • WHO SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?
    Our change suite can comfortably accommodate the Bride plus 3 guests. This ensures our Bride has an enjoyable and successful experience finding their gown in a calm and relaxed environment. Our advice is to only bring supportive, positive and kind people to your appointment. Too many contradicting opinions can become very overwhelming and disheartening for the Bride. Less is more when it comes time to choose your wedding gown. Remember your opinion is the only opinion that matters. Please note we do not have bathroom facilities; we ask that you visit a bathroom before your appointment begins. Our space is not suitable for young children. Children must be under adult supervision at all times. Any and all damages must be paid for in full.
