Tessa and Thibaut Potin's wedding was a beautiful blend of authenticity, joy, and love. Surrounded by over 100 of their nearest and dearest in the stunning Hunter Valley, they celebrated in a way that was entirely, unapologetically them. Tessa looked breathtaking in the Vetta gown by Blammo-Biamo (Rara Avis), the only gown that brought both her and her maid of honour to tears.
FINDING THE GOWN
Tessa's heart was already drawn to one gown before she even stepped into the boutique, but her experience at Ivory Bride made the moment of saying yes all the more meaningful. "The Vetta gown was the only gown that had really caught my eye, even though I had tried on many other styles. It was the only gown that made both me and my maid of honour get teary."
Consultant Kayla guided Tessa through a thoughtful process, asking her to try on five gowns before the one she had in mind, helping her truly understand what she loved and what wasn't for her.
"Kayla knew the perfect way to go about helping me find my gown and felt like a friend from my first appointment to the collection of my perfect dress. Knowing I had a specific gown in mind, Kayla asked me to choose 5 dresses to try on ahead of trying on 'the' dress, which really helped me get a good feel for what I liked and what wasn't for me, which made it all the more special when I tried on the final dress and was able to be 100% sure it was my gown."

Tessa's advice for future brides:
"Be true to yourself! Don't worry about trends going out of style or picking a gown you think everyone else will love. Choose what makes you feel most beautiful and comfortable. Also, do a few dance moves in the gowns you try on, to make sure you can dance the night away!"
THE WEDDING DAY
The couple's celebration at Peterson House Winery, Pokolbin NSW was described by Tessa as authentic, fun, and memorable. Surrounded by over 100 of their nearest and dearest, the day was filled with laughter, love, and moments they'll carry forever. For Tessa, the most meaningful moment came during their first dance, her husband talking her through every move as she blanked, keeping her completely grounded, while everyone they love cheered them on.
